Inbound links is important initially (before the advent of search engines) as the primary means of web navigation, in their significance lies in search engine optimization (SEO). The number of backlinks is one indication of the popularity or importance of that website or page (for example, is used by Google to determine the PageRank of web pages). In the SEO, backlinks from high-quality Web pages may be more attractive, cultural or semantic significance: they indicate who is getting the attention to the page
Ok, maybe not exactly 5 minutes, depending on how fast you read through this article.
What I mean as a high quality backlink here is a page within a site that has a high page rank and dofollow. And the easiest way to add a backlink to our site there is a blog commenting.
First of all we need is Mozilla Firefox and the SEO Quake add on. SEO Quake will automatically tell us the PageRank of all pages that appear in search results, and results that we can sort by the value of PageRank of each page.
So simply, the following steps should we do:
Install SEO Quake add on.
Make sure that Google or another search engine will display about 100 sites used in the search results.
Do a search using the keywords in the target.
Use SEO Quake to find the PageRank of each page, and sort of the highest PageRank to the smallest.
In this way, we will get a high pagerank site pages that we can insert a backlink to our site.
In the third step, add a command like this to filter results to only return results specific sites:
EDU domains
"KEYWORD" inurl:. Edu
All keywords related sites:
intitle: "KEYWORD"
All pages within a site, for example: digg.com:
"KEYWORD" site: digg.com
BlogEngine blog:
"KEYWORD" "Notify me when new comments are added" + "Powered by BlogEngine.NET"
Movable Type blog:
"KEYWORD" "comment anonymously" + "Email Address" + "Powered by Movable Type"-movabletype.org
WordPress blog:
"KEYWORD" "name" + "email" + "powered by wordpress"
Blog2evolution blog:
"KEYWORD" "Your email address will not be Revealed on this site." + "Your URL will be displayed."
ExpressionEngine blog:
"KEYWORD" "comment" "Powered By ExpressionEngine"-forum

So the key here is in the search command that we use. In this way, we've been able to get hundreds to thousands of pages in a site with high PageRank which we can insert our backlink.
