Your Business Concept Like What?

Many people who do business and start a business, but many more are without a clear business concept. Well, at times like this you need to do a business evaluation. One of the things that need to be evaluated is the concept of your business.
This business concept is actually just as well if done at the beginning of time about starting a business, but never mind if once you begin to discover the rhythm of the business you do, you begin to design more detail as to what your business.

What should be included in the concept of your business?
