Which will be discussed this time is how to implement Total Quality Management (TQM) in the internet business?Definition of TQM (Total Quality Management) itself says that Wikipedia is a management strategy aimed at instilling awareness of quality in all processes within the organization. Simply put, TQM in the Internet business could be described as an effort to invite all members to keep working to improve the quality of the entire business process is executed.The concept of TQM (Total Quality Management) is an integrated system that uses strategy, data, and effective communication to integrate the principles of quality into the data and activities of the organization.Well, the application of the principles of TQM (Total Quality Management) in its own internet business like?

Here are some of my thinking about the principles of TQM in the internet business:

1   Focus on the Consumer.
Whatever you do or whatever you run ACTION, which is obviously the final jury that determines whether you did it improve the quality or not the consumer. So even if you've bothered to break down your products for example, presenting the latest version of your product, but if consumers do not feel there is a useful thing, it means nothing. Because of that, get used to each of you to do something ask if this is beneficial to my customers? Does this apply if I do, it would be easier for consumers?
2   Advance Quality.
In any design internet business planning, quality considerations to be priority.
3   One Vision-Mission.
Each element in the organization understand the business mission and vision of the field. Unity of mission and vision will make it easier to move together toward one goal.
4   Based on the facts.
Decision making in the Internet business strategy, based on facts and not just because of mere conjecture.
5   Continuous Quality Improvement.
Always looking for ways how to do internet business processes can become more effective.The fifth principle of TQM (Total Quality Management) is when applied as directed, I'm sure will be able to improve the quality of your internet business.
